We have drafted and reviewed all kinds of real estate contracts and other business contracts and also have prepared documents for the transfer of yachts. Furthermore, we have been working on immigration matters for foreign clients including corporate formations and restructurings. We have registered numerous companies, received certification under the Thai-US Treaty of Amity and have done BOI applications and trademark registrations. We have been working as legal consultant for property projects in Phuket such as the Plus Condominium Project, Two Villas Group (The Attitude Club) (Villa, Condominium developer), the View Condominium in Karon, the Calypso Condominium in Rawai, The Aristo Condominium in Surin Beach, an innovative pool villa project in Pa-Klok and Kalim Bay View Co., Ltd (The hotel and resort developer), Diamond Condominium Project (Bangtao), City Gate Condominium Project, Golden Ville Project in Kathu, Villa No.9 Project in Naiyang, St. James Group and dealing with Chinese Investor for Condominium Project in Pa-Klok.
