Mr. Suwat Ningsanont, who was a senior lawyer at that time, who had been practicing law and advising before that, in 1977 founded a law firm called Samak & Associate Law office. ​ Later in 1979, Mr. Suwan Buacharern (was born 1955) (Educational qualifications: LL., B., Barrister at Law, Session 31, (Academic year 2521/1978), LL., M.) Attorney-at-Law License: 16750/2529 Notarial Services Attorney License: 70/2546 joined with this law firm as a lawyer. In 2000, this firm changed its name to Suwat International Law and Notary Office, and its office is located in Bangkok only. In 2024, this firm has changed its name to Suwat Law Firm.
