His main specialty is corporate & real estate law. After graduating from Assumption University with an LLB Major in International Business Law, he commenced his career with the German Law Office based in Bangkok, and, during his first year, he gained a great deal of experience in the corporate legal structure. Khun Somchart then moved to the French Law Office, also based in Bangkok, where he developed his expertise in real estate law, including condominium transaction, land title search, property sale & purchase, and lease & sub-lease issues. This experience was important in his next position as the Managing Director of a prestigious off-shore Swiss Resort. Khun Somchart was able to broaden his expertise, dealing with a wide range of legal issues of corporate, property and employment matters that typically affect a major land development operation. After the successful completion of this project, Khun Somchart returned to the French Law Office, based at its Phuket office, where he gained further experience in corporate, real estate and litigation law. Now, after ten years of legal practice experience, Khun Somchart has established his own practice, with ambitious plans for expansion in the future.
