Our StoryKZ AligN Pilates was founded by Wanvisa Sararos (Kea), whose lifelong passion lies in exploring how meditation, energy work and movement can heal and transform us. Kea believes that when the body moves in alignment, the mind and overall well-being will naturally flourish. In 2012, Kea sought a way to unite her decades of mindfulness practice with her love of movement, leading her to discover Pilates and its profound benefits for body and mind. After completing her apprenticeship and becoming a certified instructor, she gained experience in highly regarded studios in Arizona and Bangkok before opening KZ Pilates in Chiang Mai. KZ AligN was born from her vision of a mindful, transformative Pilates experience.
