Today, the registered capital of the entire group is 200 million baht, with more than 100 main machines used for manufacturing and over 400 employees.

O.E.I Parts Co., Ltd. (Pure Thai) was established in 1993 with a registered capital of 50 million baht. The company produces high-precision metal parts with CNC machines.
Seven Seas Innovation Co., Ltd. (Pure Thai) was established in March 2002, with a registered capital of 50 million baht. The company produces high precision metal works from sheet metal with processes such as pump forming, laser cutting, folding, and welding (manual, spot, and robot welding).
O.E.I Property Development Co., Ltd. (Pure Thai) was established in 2006, with a registered capital of 5 million baht. The company manages and controls all construction works of the group’s companies.
Isel (Thailand) Co., Ltd. (joint venture with Japan) was established in 2011 with a registered capital of 5 million baht. The company produces Couplings and Mecha Locks for machinery and sells them both domestically and export.
OEI Yamanaka Co., Ltd. (joint venture with Japan) was established in 2011 with a registered capital of 100 million baht. The company produces high-precision metal parts through cold forging.
